AI isn’t slowing down.
But most people are still treating ChatGPT like it’s stuck in 2022.

They open a chat.
They type a one-off prompt.
They copy-paste the output into a doc.

That’s fine for quick answers.
But it’s not how you build consistent, high-quality content at scale.

The truth is simple:
Chat is only one of three modes.
Projects and GPTs unlock the real leverage.

This guide shows you when to use each, how I set them up, and why they matter.

Most people only use Chat.
Some experiment with GPTs.
Almost no one is building Projects.

But each of these modes serves a different job.
